We’ve had a busy winter out in Swannanoa, Canterbury, building two custom 4-bay pole sheds for some fantastic clients.
One of the standout builds was a horse stable setup with an enclosed tack room — built tough, practical, and tailored for future-proof farm use

Here’s what was included in the first 4-bay shed build:
Pole shed design with 4 open bays
Horse stables integrated into the bays
Enclosed tack room with:
Full plywood lining
Mezzanine floor for extra storage
Water tap installation for easy wash-downs
Concrete floor across the shed with proper drainage
Strip drain + soak pit installed for runoff control
Service trench dug for power and water connections
External water tank pad prepared
The clients also added solar panels to future-proof the setup (installed by others)
